Your reference number will help us identify your items as they are delivered. This number will be used when shipping your goods to our Studio.
You must send your item directly to us at our office. We will not be held accountable for any damage. After the shooting is finished, you'll need to pick up your item within one week, if not, we won't be held accountable for any lost or missing items.
We are always waiting for your approval after the approval, you will not be in a position to deny these angles you previously approved in a previous discussion.
A. We won’t take any payment right now. That will happen after your project manager writes up your order and sends you an invoice.
B. There’s no obligation. If you change your mind, it’s no problem. You can start a new order at any time.
Our Terms & Conditions
1. 60% advance payment before start shoot.
2. You need to pay the remaining amount after completing your project.
3. Sample products will not be returned without clear due payment.
4. From the date of advance payment, the project timeline will be calculated.
5. Please count your product and check product condition before leaving the premises.
6. We are not responsible for any damage to your products during the shoot.
7. After complete photography, we can charge for additional changes. (Please give a proper direction at sample approval time.)
8. We store your backup for 1 month only. Please download all files from the portal before permanently delete.
9. If the products are not collected within 30 days after completion of the shoot, Pixel Caption will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the products.

Some Frequently Asked Questions
It is same as when you ship your products to a customer. Ship products to us, we will photograph them for you. After photography, we can ship back your products to you. Our receiving address is 36B/1 Govindpuri gali no 1, Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019
YES, we do. We recommend to pack a prepaid return shipping label in the package when you ship your product to us. You can leave the products to us to save the return shipping cost, or we can keep it an extended amount of time for future shoots if desired as a prop.
Once we receive your products, we will open the package and prepare for shooting in the same day. After preparation, shooting and image editing usually take up to 7 business days. We aim for a 3-5 day turnover. Some products need assembly or restoration. We also have rush speed service with a little additional cost.
Once your photos are ready, we will upload them to our portal and send a notification email to you with login credentials. Just login & download.
Yes. We usually keep our clients photos for 3 months. Within 3 months, you can ask for unlimited downloads.
Pixel Caption promises "100% satisfaction guarantee" for every photo. If you don't love your photos, just contact us. Our photographer or art director will contact you to get your perspective for the re-shoot or retouching. And we will arrange the redo as soon as possible. We will try our best effort to make every customer satisfied.
